I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, trauma, and body image issues, among others. I have an eclectic approach that integrates my psychoanalytic training and primarily consists of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness.
